In addition to the exam (50% final grade) the assessment will include a group blog post (50%). The students were divided into 6 groups and asked the following:
What needs to be done to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the Arctic?
The groups each selected an SDG and were asked to consider measures that could be pursued at the international (UN system, Arctic Council, science networks etc), national and local (city, town, community) levels.
